Who we are

This website, numa365.life, is operated by Avishai Holdings B.V., John M. Keynesplein 12, 1066 EP Amsterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 66469759 (the "controller"). Contact: info@numa365.life.

The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and uses no tracking of any kind. Fonts are served from our own server, not from third parties. The only personal data connected to your visit are the standard technical server logs described below.

What we process

• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes your IP address and standard request data to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. Logs are retained for a limited period (approximately 30 days) and then deleted. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Netlify may process data in the United States under a data processing agreement incorporating the European Commission's 2021 Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Demo areas. Our product demos store a fictional demo display name in your browser's local storage, used solely to render the demo you requested. This involves no tracking and no real client data, and is removed when you clear your browser data.

What we do not do

We do not sell data, we do not profile visitors, we do not use advertising or analytics services, and we do not share visitor data with third parties beyond the hosting described above.

External services you may choose to use

The "Book a demo" button leads to an external Google Calendar booking page; any information you enter there is processed by Google under Google's own privacy policy. Links to LinkedIn profiles lead to LinkedIn, governed by LinkedIn's privacy policy.

The NUMA365 platform

This notice covers the marketing website only. Client and clinic data processed on the NUMA365 platform is governed by separate agreements with each clinic and by the NUMA365 Data Protocol, available to our partners.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@numa365.life. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Changes

If the website ever adds features that change how data is handled, this policy will be updated first and the version above will change.
