Who we are

This website, numa365.life, is operated by Avishai Holdings B.V., John M. Keynesplein 12, 1066 EP Amsterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 66469759 (the "controller"). Contact: info@numa365.life.

The short version

This website runs no analytics and uses no tracking of any kind. It sets no cookies, with one exception: if you open a private preview with an access code, a strictly necessary cookie keeps that preview open for you for 7 days. Fonts are served from our own server, not from third parties. Browsing the site leaves nothing behind but the standard technical server logs described below. If you choose to fill in the waiting list form or to open a private preview, we process the details you give us, and only for the purpose described there.

What we process

• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes your IP address and standard request data to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. Logs are retained for a limited period (approximately 30 days) and then deleted. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Netlify may process data in the United States under a data processing agreement incorporating the European Commission's 2021 Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Demo areas. Our product demos store a fictional demo display name in your browser's local storage, used solely to render the demo you requested. This involves no tracking and no real client data, and is removed when you clear your browser data.
• Waiting list form. If you submit the early access form, we process the details you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your practice website, location, role and phone number. We use them only to contact you about NUMA365 and to understand whether the platform suits your practice. Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time by writing to us. Submissions are stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, under the data processing agreement referred to above, and are deleted within 24 months of your last contact with us, or sooner on request. We do not add you to a newsletter and we do not pass your details to anyone else.
• Private previews. Some product previews are private. To open one, you enter your full name, your work email address and the access code you were given. We use your name and email only to know who has viewed a preview and to follow up with you about it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting confidential previews and knowing who has access to them (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). These details are stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, under the data processing agreement referred to above, and are deleted within 24 months of your last contact with us, or sooner on request. Once the preview is open, a strictly necessary cookie is set in your browser so that it stays open for 7 days, and a second one may be set for up to 15 minutes while you fill in your details. Neither is used for tracking, and both are removed when they expire or when you clear your browser data.

What we do not do

We do not sell data, we do not profile visitors, we do not use advertising or analytics services, and we do not share visitor data with third parties beyond the hosting described above. We contact you only if you asked us to, by submitting the waiting list form or booking a demo, or about a private preview you opened.

External services you may choose to use

The "Book a demo" button leads to an external Google Calendar booking page; any information you enter there is processed by Google under Google's own privacy policy. Links to LinkedIn profiles lead to LinkedIn, governed by LinkedIn's privacy policy.

The NUMA365 platform

This notice covers the marketing website only. Client and clinic data processed on the NUMA365 platform is governed by separate agreements with each clinic and by the NUMA365 Data Protocol, available to our partners.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@numa365.life. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Changes

If the website ever adds features that change how data is handled, this policy will be updated first and the version above will change.
